ZAYN Phrom Phong Hotel - Near Skytrain Phrom Phong Station

The location is superb close to Emsphere mall ,There is also Starbuck and 7-11 nearby.Staffs are friendly.

The windows aren't soundproofing so if you are a light sleeper you'll have problems staying here.

the room was not well insulated from noisy road.

Perfect location in the best part of Sukhumvit, near the EM malls and public transport. The room (quadruple) was large and comfortable and had a fantastic view on the skytrain and huge billboards. (might be different for other types of rooms)

It was incredibly loud from the street throughout the day and into the night. The billboards are cool in the beginning but get annoying over time since you basically have the option of living behind closed curtains or be constantly exposed to a huge TV screen. (these two points might differ in other rooms)There was only internet on the 8th floor. The price (100 Euro for 4 people could be lower for what it offered)

They did renovation of lobby not only day time but also night time. Barely could sleep as they were drilling at 2am and won’t stop after complaining.

Room was spacious, and had tons of furniture, and comfortable. Beds were comfy and big, very easy to fall asleep in.Location was good, but could’ve been better.

Room was never cleaned, even after 4 whole days of leaving the sign on our door. Shower sprays onto toilet, and outside shower “area”. Location is very loud, as on same level as Sukhumvit Line skytrain, and on a main road - Hotel could look into soundproofing the windows, sliding doors, and walls facing that direction.

Location, clean rooms and nice staff.

The room was facing the road. At night I could hear a lot of traffic. it wasn't bad but if you are sensitive to sounds, better take the higher rooms. Overall it was nice.

Location was super convenient. Just across the road from Emsphere, many restaurants, pubs and spa near the hotel. Spacious room for our family of 4, nice view and helpful staff

You need to buy ear plugs, because it's too noisy from the road all night. Not good soundproof

We booked a superior room with lots of space. Clean and comfy beds, nice living area, big windows. It’s located right by the Emsphere Shopping Mall which ist pretty cool. Also a lot of public transport options close by (Metro ticket 36 baht to China Town). Staff was very helpful and nice. Good music in the lobby ;)

The location is super, close to MRT BTS and the shopping area.Walking is also convenient for traffic jams.

It is too close to the main road and a bit noisy. The decoration is new, but the building might be old, so there is sometimes a weird smell coming from the drain or toilet.

Decent food. Comfy beds. Requests were met. Friendly owner.

Slightly pricey. A lower price around $50 a night would be more competitive. No ramp to take up our luggage, but the staff helped on arrival and not at departure.

Very noisy especially the weekend.Slept poorly every night due to the noise.

Death trap. First room had unlocked patio door with no balcony. Four floor drop. Imaging taking your kid into the place. Wifi does not work at all. Onky you tube available on tv if you can get it to connect to WiFi which you can't. Too mach noise from main street. Place needs double glazing.

Lack of facilities within hotel such as bar, minibar in room, children’s space.

Gecko Eye had an excellent location to explore Bangkok. It is next to a BTS station, with nearby massages, shopping, everything you could want, and across the street from Emsphere which has a fantastic selection of restaurants at Thai prices. Tip: You can cross Sukhumvit street at marked spots, you don't have to walk all the way to an overpass to do so. The hotel staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful with the smallest of requests. The room had everything as advertised and I loved seeing the giant neon billboard outside the large windows, like out of a movie.

The room was small and furnishings were unimpressive with a tiny reclined couch/chair, small table, etc. I left a towel hanging in the sink and it turned brown from the dirty water. Don't drink or even use the water for brushing your teeth, use bottled water throughout Thailand. The wifi was also extremely slow. I was only at Gecko Eye for one night and it served its purpose but I wouldn't consider it for an extended vacation.

Close to MRT and BTS. Right opposite of EMSphere

They have a restaurant , rooftop bar and its all new , family hotel and all of them very nice and cozy also.the hotel is in themiddle of everything malls restaurants bars ...
